Returns and refunds

30 days to change your mind

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return a product to us, without having to give a reason.

How to make a return

  1. Click "Withdraw from contract here" at the bottom of the page, or write to contact@yamin.store with your order number. You will receive an acknowledgement by email.
  2. Pack the complete product (ring or bracelet, charger, cable, accessories, instructions) in its original box, well protected.
  3. Send it within 14 days of your request to:

Return shipping costs are at your expense, except for the first size exchange (see "Changing size" below). We recommend a tracked shipment: keep your proof of postage.

Refund

We refund the price of the product as well as the initial delivery costs (standard rate) within 10 to 14 days, and no later than 14 days after your request. The refund may be delayed until we receive the product or your proof of shipment. It is made using the payment method used for the order.

Condition of the product

You may try your product as you would in a shop. However, a product returned damaged, scratched, incomplete or rendered unusable will have its refund reduced by the amount of its loss in value, and may not be refunded at all.

Changing size — YAMIN Moon

The ring doesn't fit? Your first size exchange is free. Write to us at contact@yamin.store with your order number and the size you want, then send the ring back, complete and in good condition, within the 30-day period, following the procedure above. The postage cost of this first return is refunded on presentation of your proof of postage, and we ship the new size at no extra cost as soon as we receive and inspect the ring, subject to availability. Any further exchange is at your expense (return and re-shipping costs). Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering.

Faulty product or our error

If your product has a defect or does not match your order, contact us: it is covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (battery included) and by the YAMIN 2-year commercial warranty. In this case, return costs are at our expense and we repair, replace or refund the product, according to the conditions of our Terms of Sale.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not been shipped, by writing to contact@yamin.store. Once shipped, the return procedure above applies.
