Terms of Sale
Last updated: 24 October 2026
Article 1 — Seller and scope
These terms of sale ("Terms") apply to any order placed on the website yamin.store by a consumer, i.e. an individual acting for purposes outside their trade or profession.
The seller is KEZ Abdelmoumen EI, sole proprietor trading as YAMIN, 200 rue de la Croix Nivert, 75015 Paris, France — SIRET 891 893 828 00014 — contact@yamin.store — +33 7 59 54 81 90.
Placing an order implies acceptance of the Terms in force on the day of the order. They are accessible at any time on the site and can be saved or printed.
Article 2 — Products
YAMIN sells the YAMIN Sun smart bracelet and the YAMIN Moon smart ring, together with their accessories. The main characteristics of each product (functions, sizes, colours, compatibility, battery life) are presented on its product page. Photographs are as faithful as possible but are not contractually binding as regards colour shades that depend on your screen.
The data measured by the products is provided as is. YAMIN products are not medical devices: they are intended for wellness and activity tracking, and cannot diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. They do not replace the advice of a healthcare professional.
The products work with a companion mobile app, free and without subscription, whose terms of use and privacy policy are available within the app.
Article 3 — Prices
Prices are shown in euros (EUR), all taxes included (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). For customers outside the euro area, prices may be displayed in the local currency (pound sterling, Swiss franc, etc.); the exact amount is the one shown at the time of payment, converted at the daily rate, and the customer's bank may apply its own foreign exchange fees. Any import duties and taxes (Switzerland, United Kingdom and non-EU countries) are included in the price and paid by YAMIN: no additional charge is due when the parcel is received. Delivery is free. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.
Article 4 — Ordering
To order, the customer selects the product (and, for YAMIN Moon, its size and colour), adds it to the cart, enters their contact details and delivery address, chooses a payment method, checks the order summary and confirms it by clicking the payment button, which constitutes an order with an obligation to pay.
A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to the customer. YAMIN reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of an existing dispute with the customer, suspected fraud or a manifest error.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is due at the time of the order. The accepted payment methods are those offered at checkout: bank cards (CB, Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and, where applicable, instalment payment. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments; YAMIN never has access to your full bank details. If a payment is declined, the order is automatically cancelled.
Article 6 — Delivery
Orders are shipped with a tracking number, sent by email as soon as the order ships. Areas served: France, European Union countries, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
- Delivery time: 10 to 14 days from dispatch, with tracking.
- Delivery costs: free delivery on all orders, in all areas served.
- Customs duties and import taxes: included, paid by YAMIN (DDP delivery).
If no delivery time is stated, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after the order. In case of delay, the customer may, after having called on YAMIN to deliver within an additional reasonable period, terminate the contract in writing if delivery has not taken place within that period; the sums paid are then refunded no later than 14 days afterwards (articles L216-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer when they take physical possession of them.
The customer is asked to check the condition of the parcel on receipt and to report any anomaly (damaged parcel, missing product) to the carrier and to contact@yamin.store as soon as possible.
Article 7 — Right of withdrawal (30 days)
The customer has 30 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason (YAMIN thus extends the statutory 14-day period). If several products are ordered and delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last product.
How to exercise this right:
- online, using the "Withdraw from contract here" function available on the site (footer) throughout the period; an acknowledgement of receipt is sent to you by email;
- or by sending us an unambiguous statement by email to contact@yamin.store, for example using the model form below.
Returning the product: the customer returns the product no later than 14 days after informing us of their decision, to the address: YAMIN — 8 rue du 8 mai 1945, 92230 Gennevilliers, France. Return costs are borne by the customer, except for the first size exchange of the YAMIN Moon ring (see below). The product must be returned complete (ring or bracelet, charger, cable, accessories, instructions) in its original packaging.
Refund: YAMIN refunds all sums paid, including the initial delivery costs (based on the least expensive standard delivery method), no later than 14 days from the day on which it is informed of the decision to withdraw. The refund may be delayed until the product is received or until the customer has provided proof of shipment, whichever is earlier. It is made using the same payment method as the one used for the order, unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise.
Condition of the product: the customer may handle the product as they would in a shop, to check its nature, characteristics and proper functioning. They are liable for any loss in value resulting from other handling. The amount refunded is then reduced by the loss in value observed; a product returned damaged, scratched, incomplete or rendered unusable through the customer's fault may not be refunded at all.
Size exchange (YAMIN Moon ring): as a goodwill gesture, and without affecting the right of withdrawal, YAMIN offers the first size exchange of the ring. The customer requests it by e-mail to contact@yamin.store, stating their order number and the size they want, and returns the ring, complete and in good condition, within 30 days of receipt. The postage cost of this first return is refunded on presentation of the proof of postage; the new size is shipped at no extra cost once the ring has been received and inspected, subject to availability. Any further exchange is at the customer's expense (return and re-shipping costs).
Withdrawal form (complete and return only if you wish to withdraw):
To KEZ Abdelmoumen EI (YAMIN), 8 rue du 8 mai 1945, 92230 Gennevilliers, France — contact@yamin.store:

Article 8 — Legal guarantee of conformity and guarantee against hidden defects
The consumer has a period of two years from delivery of the goods to benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity if a lack of conformity appears. During this period, the consumer is only required to establish the existence of the lack of conformity and not the date on which it appeared.
Where the sales contract provides for the supply of digital content or digital services on a continuous basis for a period of more than two years, the legal guarantee applies to that digital content or those digital services throughout the planned supply period. During this period, the consumer is only required to establish the existence of the lack of conformity affecting the digital content or digital service and not the date on which it appeared.
The legal guarantee of conformity requires the trader, where applicable, to provide all updates necessary to maintain the conformity of the goods.
The legal guarantee of conformity entitles the consumer to have the goods repaired or replaced within thirty days of their request, free of charge and without major inconvenience to them.
If the goods are repaired under the legal guarantee of conformity, the consumer benefits from a six-month extension of the initial guarantee.
If the consumer requests repair of the goods but the seller imposes replacement, the legal guarantee of conformity is renewed for a period of two years from the date of replacement of the goods.
The consumer may obtain a reduction of the purchase price by keeping the goods, or end the contract and obtain a full refund against return of the goods, if:
1° The trader refuses to repair or replace the goods;
2° The repair or replacement takes place after a period of thirty days;
3° The repair or replacement causes major inconvenience to the consumer, in particular where the consumer permanently bears the costs of taking back or removing the non-conforming goods, or bears the installation costs of the repaired or replacement goods;
4° The lack of conformity persists despite the seller's unsuccessful attempt to bring the goods into conformity.
The consumer is also entitled to a price reduction or termination of the contract where the lack of conformity is so serious that it justifies an immediate price reduction or termination. The consumer is then not required to request repair or replacement of the goods beforehand.
The consumer is not entitled to terminate the sale if the lack of conformity is minor.
Any period during which the goods are immobilised for repair or replacement suspends the guarantee that remained to run until the repaired goods are delivered.
The rights mentioned above result from the application of articles L. 217-1 to L. 217-32 of the French Consumer Code.
A seller who obstructs in bad faith the implementation of the legal guarantee of conformity is liable to a civil fine of up to 300,000 euros, which may be increased to 10% of average annual turnover (article L. 241-5 of the French Consumer Code).
The consumer also benefits from the legal guarantee against hidden defects under articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, for a period of two years from discovery of the defect. This guarantee entitles the consumer to a price reduction if the goods are kept, or a full refund against return of the goods.
The legal guarantee covers the entire product, battery included. To invoke it, contact contact@yamin.store stating your order number and a description of the defect; the cost of returning a non-conforming product is borne by YAMIN.
Article 9 — YAMIN commercial warranty (2 years)
In addition to the legal guarantees, and without prejudice to them, YAMIN (KEZ Abdelmoumen EI, 200 rue de la Croix Nivert, 75015 Paris) grants free of charge a commercial warranty of 2 years from delivery, valid in all delivery countries.
- Covers: manufacturing and functional defects of the product and its original accessories, by repair or replacement with an identical or equivalent product, with return costs borne by YAMIN.
- Does not cover: the battery and its natural loss of capacity through wear; impacts, drops, scratches, deformation; oxidation or immersion beyond the stated specifications; use not in accordance with the instructions; repairs or opening carried out by a third party; normal wear and tear.
- How to claim: write to contact@yamin.store with the order number, a description and, if possible, a photo or video of the defect.
This commercial warranty does not deprive the consumer of the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 to L217-32 of the French Consumer Code) or the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code), which apply in any event, including to the battery.
Article 10 — Liability
YAMIN cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the product, use not in accordance with its instructions, or the interpretation of the wellness data provided by the product or the app. YAMIN is not liable for non-performance of the contract in cases of force majeure. Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory consumer rights granted by the law of the country in which the consumer resides.
Article 11 — Customer service
For any question or complaint: contact@yamin.store or +33 7 59 54 81 90. We undertake to reply as soon as possible.
Article 12 — Consumer mediation
In accordance with articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute that remains unresolved after a written complaint to YAMIN, the customer may use, free of charge, the consumer mediator to which YAMIN belongs: [MEDIATOR NAME], [POSTAL ADDRESS], [WEBSITE]. The mediator must be contacted within one year of the written complaint. Customers resident in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform where available.
Article 13 — Personal data
The data collected during the order is necessary to process it and for customer relations. Its processing is described in our Privacy Policy. In accordance with article L223-2 of the French Consumer Code, a customer who does not wish to be solicited by telephone for marketing purposes may register free of charge on the Bloctel do-not-call list (www.bloctel.gouv.fr).
Article 14 — Recycling of electronic equipment
YAMIN products are electrical and electronic equipment that must not be thrown away with household waste. YAMIN takes back your old equipment of the same type free of charge when you buy new equipment: contact contact@yamin.store. Unique identifier (WEEE scheme): [WEEE ID].
Article 15 — Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. A consumer resident in another country keeps the benefit of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence. In the event of a dispute, the consumer may bring proceedings, at their choice, before the courts of the place where they lived at the time the contract was concluded or the harmful event occurred, or any other court competent under the law.
